How We Work With You

• My initial concern is to find out what it is that you need.
• I prefer to meet directly with you right away so that I can get a clear undertanding of your needs.
• We can meet at my office or at a convenient location.
• If you are an attorney, we can meet and discuss what you feel is important to your case and then meet with the client, or I can meet with the client directly.
• On rare occasions there will be no contact with the client, but we will resolve this at our initial meeting. Either way is appropriate, but I generally make this information gathering meet a very long one.
• It's important that I have every bit of information available so that I can give you the best service.
• I will ask that you sign a contract for my services. Arkansas law requires one, and quite honestly it insures that both of us have a clear understanding on what it is that you expect me to do and what it is that I'm going to provide to you. I don't like misunderstandings and I do everything I can to make sure we don't have any.
• I will contact you frequently with status updates. Don't be surporised if I call you more often than we initially agreed upon. I want you to be involved and a part of the process. You are the customer, you are paying for the service and you need to know what I know.
• If you are an attorney, please don't think I'm being intrusive. My work ethic is such that I strongly believe in customer satisfaction and customer attention. If you are expecting a document and I need that document to help you out, I'll call you until I get it. I do my best to stay on top of my business. If there are any delays in getting information, I'll do everything I can to make sure that I'm not the cause of it. I'm diligent and aggressive. Please understand that up front.
• I'll provide you with a written report of my findings. Generally you will already know what it's going to say, but I like to put a sense of closure on the project.
• If you feel that more information is needed and it wasn't included in the report, I'll get it.
• If it's outside the scope of what you wanted me to do initially (another reason for a contract), then we'll talk about it and get you what you need.
• My door is always open to any customer. Please help me to make sure I give you the best available service by being up front and straight forward about what you want me to do.
• You will get my full attention and you will be satisfied.
