Child Custody

Case #1

A prospective client called us when she felt that she needed to verify if her children were at risk when she began to suspect that her husband had begun using crack cocaine. That same evening we were able to document his activities and found one of his sources. The next day the client suddenly removed herself and her children from the scene, using an excuse that she had to leave town to care for her ailing mother. Over the next 4 days, we maintained a constant surveillance of the husband and video recorded his frequent (often 2 or 3 visits per day) to two other dealers. When confronted, the husband was forced out of the house; however we remained posted in her driveway overnight in the event of his return. She obtained a security system the next day along with new locks for the house. Result: our client has custody of the children and has since divorced the man. Case #2

Our client represented a father who wanted to obtain custody of his child. The mother was alleged to be unstable and had remarried another man who was reported to be abusive and a possible danger to the child. The man was reported to throw violent rages and physically assaulting other people, without provocation or cause. The client was also concerned that the child was present when the step-father went into these rages, contributing to the erroneous belief that such behavior was acceptable and condoned. The step-father was believed to have physically assaulted a number of people, beating them severely about the face and then running from the location. Police had been notified of the incidents, along with the identity of the attacker, but never took the initiative to actively seek him out and arrest him. Our investigation resulted in the identification of at least 5 previously unknown victims of his attacks and statements were obtained from each of them. One of the victims was a former girlfriend who the step-father had assaulted. She even had photographs of the injuries she suffered from his attack! Nine additional people were identified as potential victims, however our client felt that the witnesses already found would suffice to prove the case. Divorce Cases

One client felt that his wife was involved with another man and he demanded proof. We watched her one night meet her paramour at a local pizza restaurant.  There holding hands at the table, the secret kisses, walking arm in arm as they left, the passionate kisses outside in the parking lot; all recorded using our night vision devices. Result: The client was sad at the outcome but happy the issue could finally be put to rest. Click here when you want to know if your spouse is cheating.

DNA/Lab Testing

Our client found out that another woman was claiming that her husband was the father of her newborn child. Our client surreptitiously obtained a suitable DNA sample of her husband and we were able to secure a sample of the baby’s DNA. Result: a lying woman exposed and a wife at peace. Honesty Check

Concerned that her husband was involved with another woman, our client called us to see what we could do. The best fit for her circumstances was the Honesty Check.  When he said he had to work late conducting inventory we set up our surveillance. Thirty minutes later he locked the business doors and left the area, but called her later saying he was at the office. We were still at the office and he wasn’t.  Result: This didn’t solve every question she had, but she knew for sure that he was lying. Click here when you want to know if your spouse is cheating.

Infidelity

Our client hired us for a three-day surveillance to see if his wife was cheating on him. Allegedly coming to Arkansas to visit her sister, we were able to track the wife to a motel midway to her destination. Sitting in the parking lot of the motel, we were able to clearly observe (and videotape) all the activity in the room (please folks, at least close the curtains). When we called the client four hours into the 72-hour assignment, he was elated at the cost savings. He called his wife and told her of an emergency at home and when she arrived later that afternoon she found vivid photographs of her and her paramour on the kitchen table where her husband was waiting. Result: He has custody of the children; she has a different residence and is living a life of her own choosing. Click here when you want to know if your spouse is cheating.

Pre Martial

Worried that some of the things coming from her fiancé ‘didn’t sound right’, our client requested we look into his past. We were able to find that he not only had an alias; he had two of them. He was living a secret life that we were able to track and show our client. Finding conflicting evidence on social media websites, she confronted him with her concerns. Result: no wedding for this bride. Click here to learn how we can help you know all the facts before you say “I do”.

Surveillance

Faced with a cheating wife, our client asked us for proof. We were able to follow her to her date at a local restaurant and then to the boyfriend’s house. Several days later we were able to provide the client with photographs and video of her entering another house after hugging a man in the driveway. Result: one of many busted cheaters.
