Divorce investigations can be simple, or they can be quite complex. While you may not NEED proof of infidelity for a divorce in Arkansas it might be something you want to know about or confirm before you take action against your spouse. Suspecting he or she is cheating is not the same as knowing. You might not even be interested in a divorce. You might just want peace of mind by confirming that your spouse is really not cheating on you.
Arkansas Investigations has conducted a great number of infidelity investigations. Watching your husband drive directly from your house to his girlfriend's house every Sunday morning is not as hard as watching the traveling saleswoman leave Little Rock and fly to Denver every Thursday afternoon and watching her return on Monday morning. It's not unheard of for us to get on that plane and watch her for 3 days while she is out of town.
There are varying degrees of proof that you might want and various ways for us to get that proof. We have specialized equipment that we use and we know what to watch and when to watch for it. Persistance and stealth are the key ingredients to a good investigation.
We strongly suggest you check with your attorney for legal advice. We're investigators, not lawyers.
