Record Searches usually involve finding "things" about people or businesses. Generally we have great success. We can't guarantee anything, but we are generally successful. We're also experienced at conducting research for employers and for businesses needing the competitive edge in their areas.
If we were to give a percentage; we'd have to say that we can find some information on about 75-80 percent of the inquiries we get. Sometimes it's easy to match up the results of our database checks with the person you're looking for, sometimes not.
The younger the person, the harder it is. Generally we can find most business owners or key players in a business. It's an art, not a science. We employ over 23 different database systems, most of them are not available to the public. Many of them actually come to our offices to verify we are a legitimate business before they will allow us to start searching their records.
We're often asked to verify property ownership in situations where a client is to inherit a parcel of land or property and they want us to submit photographs of the area to the court.
We also do searches for businesses and government contracts.
