Record SearchesPersonal Investigative Services: Record Searches

Our job is to find the answers you need.

Record Searches usually involve finding "things" about people or businesses.

We're often asked to verify property ownership in situations where a client is to inherit a parcel of land or property and they want us to submit photographs of the area to the court.

> Read our case studies

Our Services:

  • Find information from various sources about the person
  • Find creative sources of information
  • Utilize proprietary databases
  • Search public records
  • Find and interview witnesses

  • Knowledge of the prior unknown
  • Rightful property ownership
  • Find unknown information
  • Gain new information for court

Our success rate:

We have subscriptions and licenses for over 23 different database systems, most of which are not available to the public.

Sometimes it's easy to match up the results of our database checks with the records you're seeking, sometimes not. It's an art, not a science. Obviously, the more information you have to start with, the easier it is and the better your chances are.

We can't guarantee anything, but we generally have great success. If we were to give a percentage, we'd have to say that we can find some information on about 75-80 percent of the inquiries we get.

We provide you:

  • Thorough, fast and discreet responses to your needs using creative solutions
  • Ethical, professional and competent attention to your case
  • Clear, consistent and understandable reports that point out all the relevant issues
  • Unparalleled customer support and interaction
  •  24-hour-a day access
